Is there private parking?
Parking can be very challenging in Port Isaac during the high season so we are pleased to be able to offer private parking for 7 cars at the front of the property.

Do I pay a deposit?
A Deposit £1000 is required to book your dates,
The deposit is payable at the time of placing the booking.
Balance twelve weeks prior to booking date.
Two weeks before the booking a £500 refundable homeware deposit will be required.
Do you have a booking policy?

What is the cancellation policy?
We do not offer insurance products or insurance advice but would remind guests that each family or individual should have their own arrangements in place.
Do you accept dogs?
We will except well behaved pets by prior arrangement with the strict understanding that they have been treated for fleas three weeks prior to booking date . Dogs are charged at £8.50 per night. Maximum of 2 by arrangement. The following link may be useful in regards to dogs on local Beaches :

Is the Beach House suitable for children?
Yes, large and numerous social spaces including the games room provides excellent space for the teens, and we provide the following for young children :
Fold away travel cot ( bed linen not provided please bring your own )
3 x High Chairs provided
Stair gates to top and bottom of stairs, child fire guards provided.

Do you allow smoking at the property?
No. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the property.
Online food shopping
All the large supermarkets deliver to the Beach House. The postal address is : 18 The Terrace, Port Isaac, Cornwall, Pl293SG
Fridge and Freezer space
There is a tall fridge in the kitchen capacity 200L (That is two under-counter fridges) There is a tall fridge in the games room that guests generally use for drinks. and overflow) There is an under-the-counter freezer in the utility room.
Where are the nearest local shops for provisions?
There is a well-stocked co-op 5 minutes walk from the house with good quality fresh food and a wide range of food provisions.
Is Linen supplied?
All linen, kitchen towels, tea towels, bath mats, bath sheets, and hand towels for each person are on the booking form. We ask our guests to please bring there own Beach towels.
Do you have clothes washing facilities?
Yes, we have a utility room for washing and drying. We supply ironing facilities
