Some simple points that make your reservation a dream
- This policy applies to bookings made from 1st May 2020.
- A deposit of £600 is payable to hold your dates.
- A further £500 Refundable Homecare deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of the booking amount is to be paid no later than twelve weeks before the holiday commences. If guests cancel the holiday prior to this twelve-week period the deposit will be repaid in full. Any cancellation within the twelve-week period will result in the entire rental amount being payable in full.
- We will advertise the booking dates as being available and will try to secure another booking in which case guests will be refunded for the new booking amount less fifteen percent.
- We strongly advise you to have insurance in place to cover the costs of your holiday should you or any one of your party be unable to travel due to illness or for some other insurable event.
- We do not offer insurance products or insurance advice but would remind guests that as the house accommodates a large number of people that each family or individual should have their own arrangements in place.
- If for some reason the owners are unable to fulfil the contract due to an event such as a problem with the property rendering it unfit for rental then the booking amount will be repaid in full.
- If there is Government regulation in place which prohibits travel to the property we will engage with you to offer alternative dates in the future. If this is not possible you will be refunded in full.
