The inspiring focus of all things cultural that is St Endellion near Port Isaac, is once again planning its agenda for 2019. And there is plenty on offer to please all tastes.
The Easter Music Festival at St Endellion church is due to take place between 13th and 21st April this year. Offering a wide array of tempting musical delights including Shostakovich’s 9th Symphony, the beautiful C Minor Mass by Mozart as well as works by Bach, Handel, Mendelsohn and Dvorak, a special treat will be a performance of a newly-commissioned St Mark’s Passion by Oliver Tarney.
A late night jazz and folk concert will offer its audience alternative musical food for the soul.
Looking further ahead, the Summer Music Festival at St Endellion is planned for 30th July through until 9th August.
The hugely-popular book festival is due to take place in the autumn from 10th to 13th October.
