Work has begun on the exciting £20 million redevelopment project of Truro’s Hall for Cornwall, the county’s biggest venue.
Regularly hosting a range of events from rock concerts and touring theatre productions to local community arts productions, the Hall for Cornwall attracts audiences from all over Cornwall and beyond.
Due to be completed in 2020, the redevelopment will see the auditorium’s capacity increased, access improved and the creation of workspaces for a range of groups and individuals. Hall for Cornwall will also increase its work to support both local and international artists.
The venue closed in the summer and the auditorium has now been reduced to rubble in preparation for the building of a new three-tier interior.
