The plans have been announced for this year’s Carnival Week!
The week will be kick-started on Sunday 18th August with a five-a-side football tournament.
You then have two days to recover before the fun and games resume on Wednesday 20th August, during which there’s a music workshop for the little ones and a spot of live music in the evening.
Thursday begins with a craft day, followed by a rock ’n’ roll disco in the evening, so be sure to dig out your finest 50s garb!
On Friday the party really gets started with a day of magic, puppets, games and music. In the evening there’s a disco for all ages.
Saturday is Carnival Day. After the grand parade has passed through the village there will be live music galore.
All events will be held at a marquee on the playing field and everyone is welcome to join in!
And don’t forget the carnival raft race on 20th July, all part of Port Isaac’s summer festivities.
