News just in – Doc Martin, the successful ITV series which has been syndicated around the world, will start filming in the summer of 2011.
Martin Clunes who plays the part of a grumpy village doctor who has a phobia of blood will be filming in the village with co-star Caroline Catz who plays the part of Port Wenn School Teacher.
The programme has brought in many visitors to the village from as far away as New Zealand and Australia where the series was shown.
Martin’s latest series, Horse Power, gave us the insight of horses on earth and how man has tamed these beautiful animals from the greys at Buckingham Palace to the wilds of Mongolia where horses are such an important part of every day life. Forget grumpy Doc Martin, this is the real Martin Clunes whose love, passion and knowledge really comes through – a journey which will leave its mark with both the viewers and Martin.
